FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS1. Why do I see single adult charges when I enter the first conference attendee in my family? Charges are automatically adjusted as you enter more attendee information. Fees are auto-calcuated based on the ages, number of participants and tour. 2. Do I have to register myself with Paypal to use my credit card for payment? No, There is an option to pay without registering with Paypal. See the link on the left bottom side of the paypal screen. 3. Will there be transportation from airports to conference site, if i arrive on June 28th? No transportation will be provided if you arrive on June 28th. Transportation will only be provided on July 1st and July 4th. 4. What are my options for pre/post conference accomodation? Special room rate at $79.00 + tax/day is available for the 2 days prior to and 2 days after the official conference dates for those who choose to arrive early or stay late. Please call the Hotel and make the necessary reservations and trasnporation arrangments to the hotel. Complete the Early Arrival/Staying late section on the transportation tab. 5. Can I attend the conference for one day only? There is no 'one day only' registration available. 6. Does the conference provide Nursery/Baby sitting service? We have a team dedicated for nursery/baby sitting service. 7. Do I have to pay airport toll ? No, your toll ticket will be validated and stamped by the hotel front desk. 8. Is there any parking charges at the hotel? No, the parking is free for all conference registrants. 9. How do I get refunds? Registration fee is non-refundable. Conference fee and tour fee is refundable till June 1, 2010. Refunds will be issued in the form of check for the refund amount. 10. Can I get two separate rooms with family rates? No, Family rates are based on single room occupancy and maximum of 4 occupants in a room. If you need two rooms, register them separately. Full family charges will apply for the second room occupants. 11. Is there separate programs for young families? Yes, there are programs specifically for young families. Please mention the track number during registration. See registration tab for more details. 12. Will the hotel provide a Crib for infants?
Yes upon request when you check-in.
13. Is there a Refrigerator and Microwave Oven in every room?
Refrigerator will be provided upon request when you check-in. The hotel does not provide a microwave. However, the Conference Committee will have a few Microwave Ovens in the meals area for your use any time.
14. Is adding an additional bed in the room an option?
An additional roll-on bed (full size) can be requested upon check-in in rooms with a King Size bed. Additional roll-on bed is NOT an option in rooms with Double Queen beds.
15. Who should I make the check payable to?
